Does anyone know how to contact support directly on the phone? For the money I paid I should be able to other software companys usually have a phone number even if I've paid only $20.00 for there product. Anyway does anybody know?

You have to log into your account to initiate the phone support.  If it's part of the subscription, the phone option will be enabled.  Phone support is only included in the subscription and cloud services so it helps keep the phones from being tied up by non-subscribed personnel.  

Never used phone support so not sure if they call you or you get a number after that.  If you get the #, hold onto it for later.  I've only used chat and it's been nearly instant to get connected.

There are lots of services that don't offer direct phone support without logging in.  Same goes for many competing backup products. I just checked a few of the main competing products and it's the same for most of them too. A few offer phone service for pre-order, but all of the technical support seems to be via email and/or chat only.
