Help cancelling subscription

Thread needs solution

Can anyone tell me how to cancel my subscription to Acronis True Image Cloud upgrade - 5 computer

I have called. I have emailed 2 support tickets to cleverbridge. 

I cannot find an email address to send a cancellation request to Acronis.

I have called Acronis and left a voice mail message to get them not to charge my credit card on 3-15-17.

They are asking me to update my billing information because card expired, so  hopefully that will stop it.

There is no link on my original invoice in August 2015 to cancel the subscription.

I cannot find any link or button to click on my account page in order to cancel.

If anyone is able to help me get an email support address for acronis in order to cancel , I would appreciate it.

CT, we cannot resolve issues like this for subscriptions / billing / licenses etc in these user forums as we are just users ourselves.

Please send a PM to Slava, who is currently covering for the fourm moderator Ekaterina and will be able to direct you to the correct Acronis contact point.

I would recommend that you remove your email address from your post above as this is a public forum and you are likely to invite an increase in spam mail otherwise.

From your open support ticket I see, that subscription service has been deactivated. Have you received a confirmation? I also removed your email address from the thread, it's better not to share your personal contacts in public. Feel free to contact me directly if there are any questions.
