How To Backup Just C Drive To USB

Thread needs solution

I just upgraded to 2017 from 2010 and want to make a backup on my Windows 10 C Drive like I used to be able to do in 2010. I backup my data on D separately so I don't want to use the backup the entire PC option. I thought the Clone Disk option would be my answer but it seems it wants to wipe any existing data on the destination drive. So my question is how do I do what was so easy in 2010 where I could backup my C Drive to an external USB that already had existing data on that I want to keep?

That's great thanks. All I had to do was click the Entire PC button to get the disk backup options I wanted. It's not very well thought out that the disk backup options are now hidden under a button saying Backup Entire PC and a bit misleading the first time. Before I saw your post I made a Rescue Media USB and booted off that and then ran the disk backup from there which allowed me to add the C drive backup as a .tib file to my backup USB drive. So all seems good now thanks.
