How to create a security zone Acronis on your hard drive 4TB?

what are the limitations on the size of the disk for the security zone?

Hello Alexey, welcome to these User Forums.

Please see the ATI 2018 User Guide: Acronis Secure Zone which has information on this subject.

One key point about the ASZ is that this is a FAT32 partition and therefore has all the limitations of the same.

See webpage: What Is FAT32 Partition Size Limit and How to Break It?  for further information.

I personally do not use the ASZ as it is just as easy to create a large NTFS partition for my backups and you could protect your 4TB drive by using BitLocker if that level of encryption / protection is needed.

Alexey, I am not aware of any change being made by Acronis for the format of the ASZ as FAT32 - as far as I know it is still using this format in the current ATI 2019 Beta product, but as I said previously, it is very easy & fully supported to use NTFS drives / partitions (with either MBR or GPT partition schemes) where other forms of protection can be used.

The key downside to using ASZ, in particular if on a single internal disk drive, is that if the disk fails then the ASZ with your backups are also lost with the disk.  The same applies to using the ASRM (Startup Recovery Manager) to give an F11 key prompt on boot, where this too is stored in the MBR / Track 0 of the drive and is also lost if the disk fails.
