how do I enable free cloud service that came with TI2017 upgrade

When I bought the upgrade I was supposed to get 1 year of 500GB cloud storage. I have the seriel number for the cloud service in an email but where do I put the ser# it to enable the service?

You should just need to log into the app with your online account username and password.  To use the Cloud, when you choose a destination, select Acronis Cloud.  

If for some reason, the cloud storage is not showing up, then also click on the account icon on the left and then the "enter serial" on the bottom right. (see screenshot)

If you have any additional issues, you'll need to contact technical support via chat to make sure it got added to your account.

I would recommend you do a local backup in addtion to any cloud backups.  Cloud is nice for offsite disaster recovery, but local backups are much faster to create and restore from.  Cloud is a second layer of protection in case your local backups fail, become lost/stolen, or are subject to disaster (physical damage, fire, etc).

As far as I can work out the cloud storage is a unified resource for all ATI 2017 installations (not sure if it applies to non-subscription installations). I get the same available usage for my 5 User ATI 2017 subscription and my ATI 2016 Unlimited 3 User licence (which is upgraded to ATI 2017 installations).

An alternative way would be to go to www.acronis.com and log into you account (top right hand side of the page), then click on "Add key" at the top right hand side.

Thank you for your posting! I've checked your account and do not see Acronis True Image Subscription + 500GB Cloud under your account. First of all please register the license key provided in the email under your personal Acronis account. Then download and install Acronis Tre Image 2017. Here you'll find detailed instructions. Launch Acronis True Image 2017 and Sign in to your Acronis account - the software wll automatically pick up information about your current active subscription. Was the activation successfull?

The product was downloaded and installed and is active. However it also says I have 1000Gb cloud storage that expires on 9/20/2016. I try and log into my cloud account and it says JWT token is invalid or expired.
