How do i get a refund?????
I've been trying to activate a trial version of Acronis True Image 2017 for about a month and get the 'Sorry this serial number couldn't be activated, try again'.
I purchased the 3 computer license and it installed fine on another computer of mine (both running Windows 10), but not on the one that was running the trial.
I waited for the trial to run out, uninstalled it, downloaded a new copy and reinstalled and still same issue.
Found a post, here i think, and follow the instructions to uninstall it, run the cleanup too as admin, reinstalled it........SAME ISSUE.
At this point it runs on my secondary computer, but i have to say it's nother special, but it does work. However, it's of no use if i can't make it work on more than one computer.
So i've lost confidence in the product and especially the support which seem pretty much non existent so I'd just like to uninstall it on my second computer (which i've already done) and get a refund even if it prorated if you like.
