How to reinstall Acronis True Image 2017

I have purchased True Image 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016. I have the "Keys" for all versions. My last upgrade was 3/3/2016 for $99.00. I can npt locate a disk for the 2016 version. Some time after purchasing True Image 2016, I elected to install the "FREE 2017 Version". Everything was going well for sometime, and then my Dell Vostero computer had a hard drive crash. I decided to upgrade to a new Dell XPS8900 computer. Both computers were running Win10 OS. I have backups of my software from the old computer stored on Acronis Cloud. I have gone to the Acronis Cloud storage and downloaded Acronis True Image 2017. However it has been reinstalled onto my new computer as a "TRIAL" version. I have "KEYS" for all versions except for the 2017 "FREE" version. In using the TRIAL version, I have attemped over and over to enter "SERIAL" number, which I do not have. I tried to do the PHONE SUPPORT from Acronis web page, and I called all 3 offices, only to receive a recorded message "The person is not available".

How in the world do I reinstall True Image 2017 onto a new computer with out having a serial number or "KEY", for which I have paid for???

I'm still not sure if you purchased 2017 or if you have a cloud subscription which would entitle you to an upgrade from 2016 to 2017 - was your upgrade on 3/3/2016 for a "perpetual" license or a Cloud subscription license?  If it was for perpetual, that would not include an upgrade to 2017.  If you have a cloud subscription it would include 2017.  Assuming you have a cloud subscription license, all you (should) need to do is log into your account thorugh the app and it should register automatically.  

However, if you're having any account, licensing, or registration issues, you can always contact Acronis technical support via chat.  We have no ability to help with license, registration and account issues in the suer forum (those of us with MVP badges are volunteers and not employees either).

 

 

Try entering your 2016 serial number in the Activation routine.  It should register fine.  If not then contact support.
