I can't sign in to ATI 2017

Thread needs solution

I changed my password, but i can't sign in anymore to ATI 2017

I tried many times, but no go

Any ideas how to fix this, please ?!

Did you forget the new password, or is the password not being accepted?

Try going to account.acronis.com to see if you can log in there. If not, perhaps you could indicate you forgot the password to get a reset.

I couldn't login to ATI 2017 so i changed the password, but i can't login, again

Have you tried to sign in to your Acronis account on the main Acronis.com website?  This will give you an indication of whether the problem is with the email address and password you are using or not?

If you cannot sign in to the Acronis website, then you will need to open a support case directly with Acronis Support for further help as we have no means of helping with password issues here in this user forum.

You can also try sending a private message to Ekaterina who is the forum moderator who will try to help you with this issue.

I can login to this forum, and to Acronis.com website

But not into Acronis TI 2017 software

Is this a bug, maybe ?

Okay, did a quick test : i disabled the firewall and i can login.

I enabled again the firewall, i'm still log in

I will keep testing, thank you

Sounds like you just need to open up one of those ports as described in the KB article. Hope it turns out to be easy.

One point to check is if you have any Proxy settings set on your computer, as Acronis does not support connections via a Proxy.
