I pressed "Ignore this Version" by mistake, now what?
Can I get that version back?
Thanks,

Thanks:)
I was trying to validate or revalidate a full backup I made of my SSD. I had two versions. One being a normal backup, the other being sector by sector, backup. and it was that version is said, "Ignore this Version," which of course was a mistake, because that was the sector by sector backup.
How can I get it back.
Sorry about that....

Ok, thanks for the clarification.
As it was only a Validation of your backup, all that the Ignore option does is remove the reference to the missing file from the Acronis Database, it doesn't delete anything, so perhaps the real question here is: why did validation put up the message about the file to be ignored?
I would suggest checking your backup drive location and making sure that all the required files for your backup are present and correct.

In other words, via Windows Explorer browse to the backup's flike location, and confirm that those files are in the right place?

Basically, yes.

Ok, I went to twhich, where you could hat folder and I found to versions. one being of 55,000kb and the other of some 73,000kb. How do I verify that the program has links to both versions?
Thanks.

Can you share the names of TIB files you have? This will be helpful to determin whether you have 2 files that are part of the same task, or 2 files corresponding to 2 different tasks. Since you talk about having produced different types of backups, we'd expect 2 different tasks.
Also, why did you create a sector by sector backup in addition to a normal disk/partition backup?

SSD Clean and Fixed_full_b1_s1_v1.tib
SSD Clean and Fixed_full_b2_s1_v1.tib this is the one I restored...sector by sector:
but it shrunk my drive, from 1.372TB to 453GB, Granted I'm using less spaace on this drive, 87 GB vs 140 on the SSD. This drive being the original HD that came with the computer a 1.5TB HD.
Is there anyway I can get this back to full capacity? and what's going to happen when I restore to another larger SSD? Is it going to shrink that too?
Many apologies for hijacking my own thread, but I'm pressed for time.

CotS, to get your drive back to the full capacity, I would suggest using a dedicated Partition Manager tool such as MiniTool Partition Wizard which will allow you to move / resize partitions and expand as needed to fit the drive size.
