The JWT token has expired or is invalid.
Started trial yesterday. Received the above error message when trying to login to dashboard. Turned off firewall and antivirus--still got message. Acronis support tells me that other people are having the same issue and they're working on it. Now going on more than 24 hours. Anyone have any ideas or is this just a program that I shouldn't be using?

Thank you for the response. But I contacted Acronis support as the article suggested and they said they're working on it but had nothing specific for me--the article implies otherwise, that it has to be fixed on a case by case basis. I can't tell when the support article was posted, so this could have been going on for months!

Stephen, I understand that this type of issue is frustrating but we have no means of moving it forward from the user forums as we have no access to the Acronis Cloud or Dashboard systems involved.
You can try KB document: 56772: Acronis True Image Cloud: Troubleshooting Family Dashboard to see if that offers any help. Follow the link in step 4. of this KB and use the cloud verification tool to check ports etc.
I have just tested my own access to the Dashboard and this showed a JWT parameter embedded in the web browser URL that was launched from the ATIH 2017 application. You could try setting a different web browser as default and trying to access the dashboard again, or try clearing out the browser cache fully to see if this makes a difference?

I'm having the same problem. I just upgraded to 2017 and now the Dashboard doesn't work, I get this JWT Token error.
I'm not going to mess with checking ports etc. that seems ridiculous. I just want to be able to look at my account online, Acronis needs to fix it.

Tom, please open a support ticket with Acronis directly for this issue, they need to know that there are multiple users seeing these JWT token errors in order to be able to resolved them.
