Thread needs solution

Hi

 

Just bought Acronis Image Backup 2017 but there's a problem whit the licensing my product.

And i've not gotten any activation mail and it was a couple of hours since i tried to register it.

 

Is this normal or what to do?

Without more information it is difficult to help. If you purchased ATI 2017 for Acronis, you should recieve an email from cleverbridge / Acronis <no-reply@cleverbridge.com>, which has the serial number(s) for your purchases. In my experience this email comes a short time after the purchase. To use the product, you need an Acronis Account (requires an email address and password). When you run ATI 2017 the first time you will need to log into your account and all things going well that should be all that is required. You need to add your serial number if you have not already added it to you Acronis account.

If you're still having issues - open up a chat support and select "customer care" as the main item and "product activation issues" as the secondary type.  They should be able to sort things out if your account does not have them registered and/or you don't have your serial #'s yet.  

Check your spam and junk mail folders for the email there - just in case too.
