Message Cloud full

Thread needs solution

If I want backup to my Clous I receive the Message Cloud full, but the dasboard write 0 Gb used of the 50 Gb, I can also not sync anymore is start green but end in a red icon with white cross.

Even did a complete restore of the systeem from a period that it works good but did didnt help.

Soemone any ideas, kind regards in advance,

the translation for the picture 50 GB of 50 Gb free. The last Backup Failed, Acronis Clous is Full, Searching for Solutions ?

Icecold, sorry but you will need to open a Support Case directly with Acronis Support for this Cloud issue as we have no access to the Cloud servers or systems from these user forums.  They should be able to check both your Cloud account and the status of your Cloud storage etc.
