New pc, 1 Physical disk, 2 partitions with 2 dif operations system- how to install ati?

No, you only need one isntallation of ATI. I would isntall under Windows 10, but you could go for Windows 7. Instgalling under both could be asking for trouble. Regular backups will only take place when you are using the Version of Windows that has ATI installed, unless you have it configured to wake-up to do backup, in whcih case the default Windows installation would have to be the one on whcih you install ATI.

I do mot not use the wake wkae to to in backups setting so I am not 100% certain how it would work under dual booting.

The default operating system will be the 7 on c, and 10 on d, so i will install ati under 7, and all my backups would be manualy.
