No upgrade. Purchased 6/16

Thread needs solution

Purchased True image and I can not upgrade. Does any one have any solutions?
(not saying that it could not be operator error)

Upgrade policy 

If you currently have full or upgrade version of: You can upgrade to:
 Acronis True Image Cloud (1, 3 or 5 computers) Acronis True Image Subscription (1, 3 or 5 computers)
 Acronis True Image 2016 (1 computer)  Acronis True Image 2017 Upgrade (1, 3 or 5 computers)
 Acronis True Image Subscription Upgrade (1, 3 or 5 computers)

Mark - reach out to technical support as only Acronis can check into purchasing, license and subscription issues. We here in the user forum have no access to these features.

If you're looking for a free upgrade to 2017, Acronis usually only allows a free major upgrade if your purhcase was within 30 days of a new release (but doesn't hurt to ask).

If it's simply that you have an existing license and can't purchase or register an upgrade license, you usually have to enter the new license key first, then you'd be prompted for the previous key before it activates.  If that's not working, or you're not getting the option, then technical support should be able to help out.
