Online backup - links in report, not working

Thread needs solution

I am running True Image 2017 Premium on an Windows 10 Professional, using GOOGLE CHROME with all products up to date.
When the ONLINE backup finishes, I have the option set to send a notification. 
When to notification email comes in, all looks good. It says BACKUP SUCCESSFUL.
However when I click in the link for either "MANAGE BACKUP" or "SHOW DETAILS", that process does not complete. I Get prompted for USERID and PASSWORD. I enter the same ones I have been using. (They must be correct, because if I use a bogus password, it fails on that screen. 
When I use the correct combination, I see "Signing IN". then a large grey circle with 3 'dots', and then I am bounced back to signon.

However, if I go to the website, logon, go to DASHBOARD, all is well.

What am I missing or doing wrong?

Have you tried another browser - just to see if that works better?  At times, clearing all history, cache and closing and restarting the browser from scratch after that can help as certain sites will retain "old" data - especially if they are in your favorites.  

In Chrome... 3 dots >>> settings >>> advanced settings >>>Privacy >>> clear browsing data .... selecti all items and set Obliterate the following items from: "the beginning of time".  >>> press the "clear browsing data" button to complete the process.  Close all isntances of Chrome (completely) and relaunch and try again.

If that still fails, attempt to access from IE instead and see if it makes any difference. 

You can also manually try each of the US cloud servers and see if one works better than the other.  originally, us2 was my default, but when I try it now, it says no backups found.  However, when I switch to US1, my backups are there.  My login works for both though.
