Failed to start the "Acronis TIB Manager" service due to an error Acronis TIB Manager is not a Win32 application.

I would recommend downloading a new copy of the latest ATI 2017 Installation program from your Acronis account at the main Acronis.com website, verify the checksum for the file to ensure that no corruption has occurred during the download, then try doing a Repair install of the product.

Anthony, sorry but I am having difficulty in seeing your images clearly but you look to be using the latest ATI 2017 build #8058 which was also the final version released, and which will work with both 32-bit and 64-bit systems, though the application itself is only 32-bit.

Are you installing ATI 2017 as an Administrator (which it requires)?

I would suggest sending a private message to Ekaterina to ask if she can work with you in your native language to help find a quicker solution here and get the application installed.

I found the problem . it is the defender, namely the isolation of the kernel Windows. once the option is off then everything is perfectly set .2018-05-27.png
