Problem with incremental copies

Thread needs solution
Hello everyone. First of all, you excuse my English. My query is this:
I have created a backup of the entire computer and configured it so that the following copies are incremental.
The problem is that when the scheduled copy runs, it seems that it re-runs the full copy of the computer, taking the same time.
Is this something normal ?. Thanks and regards.

Raul, welcome to these user forums.

Screen shots of your backup configuration and also of the .TIB files being created by the backup would help us to see what is happening if you can attach these.

I would recommend using the MVP Log Viewer tool to see what the backup task logs for your incremental backup show for any errors being encountered?  Link is in my signature below.

Hi Steve, thank you very much for you response.

I posted the screen shots my Acronis configuration. How you can see, Acronis has created only one archive for backup. Every time copy full PC.

Thanks again!!

Raul, thank you for posting the screen shots of your configuration, this looks to be fine for an incremental backup scheme. Your copia4.jpg only shows a single file for RAULETE-PC_full_b1_s1_v1.tib which is how I would expect the initial full backup to be named but I do not see any further files being listed in that screen shot to show that ATIH has been creating further full backups or incremental backups.

Did you download and try the MVP Log Viewer tool to check what messages are being written in the log file for this backup task?

Hi again. I have upgraded to last Acronis version and I have start the backup again after that.

Now, Acronis worked fine!!.

The copy has been generated in a short time and incremental files are already displayed.

I post the Screen shot.

Thank you very much Steve.
