Problem for manage and edit Backup True Image 17 on Cloud

Thread needs solution

Hello, first sorry for my poor english, I hope you can understand.

I used TI always in local, today i get some clound space, I create my backups and till here work fine, but when i try or edit the options, or delete them, appear always some problem that make fail it, example error 0x006400D1+0x0064026C+0x00E4003E+0x00030412+0x00030411, or connection SLL fail, etc.

 

I can make backup, it work, but i cannot do anything else

How i can solve it?

It sounds like there may be a cloud connection error of some kind.  Are you able to backup to the cloud at all with the existing settings, or is nothing working?

Unfortunately, it's difficult for us to troubleshoot Cloud issues as many of them either are related to local firewall rules (Windows or router), an ISP block of some kind, or an issue with the Acronis servers.

I think you would be better off opening a direct support ticket with Acronis Customer Support - it's free with your cloud subscription and all products have 2 years of support from the initial release date of the major version.  True Image 2017 definitely has technical support from Acronis at this time.
