Problem to restore on m.2 SSD

I tried to restore a backup on my PC, a backup that I made a few months ago, of my system disk (an SSD m.2).

For that I created a support of restoration with Acronis 2017.
I ran it on my PC, but the restore application can not see the SSD m.2.

My PC is a DELL Precision 7510, with Windows 7 Pro (SP1). The SSD is a PC300 NVMe SK by SCSI.

I do not have a solution to perform this restore.

Would someone have a solution to help me to get out of this problem.

Thank you

Antonio, welcome to these User Forums.

I suspect that you are trying to perform the restore using either the default, Linux based, Acronis Rescue Media or by starting the restore from within Windows 7, which also launches a temporary Linux based environment to run the ATI application from.  Both of these will probably have no support for your NVMe M.2 SSD drive, or the drive is configured for SATA RAID mode which the media does not support.

If the SATA mode is RAID then you could try changing this in the BIOS settings to AHCI and see if the drive is seen by the media with that mode?

If ATI still does not see the NVMe M.2 SSD then you will need to create the alternative Windows PE version of the Acronis Rescue Media, which will require that you first install the Windows ADK to provide the PE components needed.  Note: you can install the Windows 10 ADK on your Windows 7 computer - you only need to install the top 3 options of the ADK when presented with the menu of options during the ADK install.

Once the ADK is installed, then I would recommend using the MVP Custom ATIPE Builder tool to create the new media as this offers more options than the normal Acronis Media Builder tool, including Intel RAID drivers,  See the MVP User Tools and Tutorials link in the forum panels.
