Recover Disks and Recover Files not shown.
After I back up a drive, the dates of the last backup, next backup and total size are shown at the top of my "backup" page and "Options", "Recover disks" and "Recover files" are at the bottom. But if I back up another drive all these things are listed for the new back up, but the original drive back up looses the date of the last back up and total size at top and "Recover disks" and "Recover files" at the bottom. Therefore, it's not possible to do a recovery of the original disk. Acronis does continue to run scheduled backups, and the backup files are stored, but I can not do a recovery from them.

Screen captures are always a good way of showing what the issue is?
What exact version / build of Acronis True Image (ATI) are you using?
2017 5534
This is shown on the Account page of the ATI GUI in most recent versions.
ATI 2017 latest builds were either 8058 or 6209 depending on the edition used. Are you running these drive backups from the Windows application?
Yes. They are scheduled and run automatically with Acronis shut down.
What steps are you following when you see the problem with the information shown?
I just open ATI and look at each drive that I have scheduled for backup. See attached. As you can see the "F" drive has all the correct things shown, while the "C" drive is missing "Last backup date", "Total size" and at the bottom, "Recover Disks" and "Recover files". Drive "D" is set to backup tonight 8/11.
Are the backup files created by your drive backup tasks still shown correctly in your backup location?
Yes
What backup scheme options are you using for your backup tasks?
"Custom" Differential
A listing or screen image of your backup files would also be helpful. See attached. Drive F is also shown as "E" because that's what it used to be.
Thanks for responding!
P.S. TIH worked perfectly for years. This problem started several months ago, but I don't know when exactly as the backups just run and clean themselves up automatically and I don't check them very often. When I first discovered it, Drive "D" was the only one not showing the recover blocks, so I tried creating all new backups to a different folder. "C" backed up normally and showed all correct until "F" backed up. Then "F" showed all correct and "C" messed up. Be interesting to see what happens tonight when "D" backs up! "C" is scheduled to back up every night, "F" once a week and "D" once a month.

Thank you for the answers to the questions asked.
ATI 2017 build 5534 was the first build for that version and is a long way downlevel!
Builds 5534, 5554, 8029, 8041, 8053, 8058 were all released where 8058 is the final one.
I would strongly recommend downloading and installing 8058 from your Acronis Account - this in itself may help with this issue as you will in effect be doing a repair type upgrade.
If that doesn't solve this problem, then I would suggest following the actions in the KB document below and to force a rebuild of the database files which is used to hold information about all your backup tasks and task history etc.
See KB 60915: Acronis True Image: repairing program settings for details of doing the above.

Many thanks for the prompt responses. I'll try the repair first and let you know if it worked.

I tried a couple of things, but none worked. Wound up uninstalling with Revo Uninstaller and then re-installing. So far, everything is working normally. Keeping fingers & toes crossed!! :-) Thanks again.
BTW, don't ever use the cleanup tool that Acronis provides. It has you deleting an entry from the registry. Did so, and windows crashed so hard I had to recover the disk from backup!!!

My advise here is to leave the registry alone when using the cleanup tool - that has been my own practise over the years and the cleanup has been fine!
If modifying the registry, then export it all first, have a good backup image for safety, and read the instructions very carefully so that you do exactly as advised!
