Recover Files option not visible

Thread needs solution

This is not specific to ATI 2017 though: I had ATI 2015 before. Tonight I needed to restore files but I did not see the "Recover Files" button. Decided to upgrade to 2017 thinking it might resolve the problem. It did not. I still do not see the Recover Files button when I select the backup on the left.

I created a number of test backups to make sure I did not miss anything. Anything I need to select to make that visible?

Update - 4/29/2017:

I managed to create 2 different backups and the Recover Files option is available for both. I think it is possible that the backup database was corrupt. I also had a problem getting "Cannot Create Database" which I fixed by deleting the old database folder.

Stephan, the Recover options are normally only missing when Acronis does not believe that a backup has been executed / created, so your actions to resolve the database issues may very well be related to seeing this issue as this is when Acronis stores that information.
