Registration correction

Thread needs solution

Acronis True Image was installed on wife's laptop and reistered with her email [REMOVED] and now the serial is under two names.  Need to remove her account so I can get on with my life and properly register my two laptops.  Could not reply with email since the Product Line was not there for insertion.  So, help fix the error and advise so we can continue.

Please return to your original forum post above, click on the Edit button and remove both your personal email address and also remove the two .docx attachment as this is a public forum and you do not want to be either plagued with spam emails from any bots harvesting email addresses, or giving away your product license serial numbers.

Please contact Acronis Support directly via the contact link in my signature to ask them to help you with this request to manage where the serials are registered - we cannot do this from these forums as we are just users like yourself.
