Reinstalling and party continues

Thread needs solution

My app got to many issues so i decided to reinstall with a blessing of tech support.

1. After reinstall, backup jobs are deactivated. Sync is not working, i need to reconfigure cloud backup. Backup to thumb drive is missing.

In other cloud solution from other company i had an option to perfom some kind of "adoption' on new pc or on the old one. I presume Acronis should offer similar. 

2. I had an icon of Acronis protection for a day or two but now i don't see it in a tray. I don't know even if its running.

3. Reinstall didn't solve the issue with archiving. Files were uploaded to Acronis cloud but i get error messages when i surf to Acronis cloud. I don't understand how a cloud issue is related to App on my PC. The files are there or they are not?!?!? I need to remind tech support that issue is with the CLOUD, THE ERRORS ARE ON THE CLOUD.... even if my pc uploads corrupted files to Acronis cloud, i atleast should  see something.... brrrrrr, am I missing something?

P.S

I love how Acronis offer options for power users but hey it getting tiresome to got over KB and uploading report to FTP.

Update.

Mustared courage and went to "reconfigure" cloud backup. Now it estimated i need to upload 52GB. Two days ago i had less 45 GB huh?

I did print screen, can some one explains this?

Sync failed to work. I deleted sync, only few days ago i did sync test for 100K file. Before deleting sync, Acronis warned me that i will loose versions on the cloud.
