Restoring Older Versions of Files from cloud [SOLVED]

Thread needs solution

Upon attempting a restore, I didn't see any way to select different versions of the file I am interested in, and there should be many.  For this client, IE11 is the default browser.  Is that the problem?

How are you trying to do the restore from the Cloud?

The use of IE 11 shouldn't be an issue here - this should work with all the most common web browsers.

See the ATIH 2017 User Guide: Recovery from Acronis Cloud which has a specific section on: Selecting a version to recover that shows how to select different versions of an individual file.
