Scheduled incremental backups not occuring

Thread needs solution

I have three incremental backups which are supposed to be occuring nightly, but when I look at my USB drive, I only see that one of them is running (see my Windows Explorer image attached).

When I open True Image, only one of the Backups has a checkmark, but I cannot figure out the difference between the configuration of these backups that would cause the first to not to be running.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry but too little information to be able to advise why your other backups are not running here.

Screen shots of the backup configuration options would help, what have you set for the schedule page?

Use the MVP Log Viewer to check if there are any task logs for the tasks in question and if so, what do these show about the tasks?

What happens if you try to run the problem tasks manually?

Manually deleting tibs, moving or renaming them will only cause you issues.

Id say you manually deleted backup files at one point as a guess. Your" E not vm backup" only has an incremental and no full to go with it. Not possible to have an incremental without  the full that came with it first, so where did it go?

you should validate both of the E backups and then run a manual backup of each after that. Then hopefully your incrementals carry on.
