Serial number not recognized

Thread needs solution

Hi there - I just upgraded from Acronis 2015 to 2017 and the serial number sent to me by Cleverbridge is not recognized. I tried copy and paste from Notepad and typing the number directly but the "Activate" button never turns green to click it.

Very frustrating.

Please advise.

Sorry but we cannot assist with serial number / licensing issues other than to advise you to raise a Support Case directly with Acronis Support who can verify your purchase etc.
