Serial Number Problem

Thread needs solution

I paid for a perpetual license to this software in 2010.  I today registered my serial number successfully and it allowed me to download the 2017 version of the product.  The serial number is not being accepted.  The online FAQ does not help me resolve the issue.  The support website says I am only eligible for forum support.  Any ideas how to fix the issue with my legitimate serial number that is not being accepted.  Does the company monitor this forum?

Christopher, welcome to these User Forums.

Your perpetual license is only valid for your ATIH 2010 product, it is not valid for the 2017 version even though you were able to download that version.  You can run ATIH 2017 as a 30-day trial product without entering a license key.

If you are not happy with this situation, then you would need to raise a Support Case directly with Acronis - you can select this as a PreSales / Licensing issue.

Note that ATIH 2010 is now 7 years old and has many limitations with regards to support for newer hardware that is found today in many computer systems.
