Slower than Molasses

Thread needs solution

Just saying, started your 30 day trial with your Cloud backup.  Is just miserably slow, it takes 3 whole days.  Oh and if you need to restart your PC for whatever reason. 

It starts all.....over again. 

How do i cancel the trial for Cloud back up service?  I don't want to get robbed again.

Welcome to the Forum.  Sorry that you find the cloud backup unacceptable.  Many users do however because of the slow speed of backup of large amounts of data.  This however is not a problem of the application but that of internet service providers limiting the upload spped of connections especially consumer level services.

Not sure what you mean by cancelling the tria for Cloud backup.  You can uninstall the software from your computer which will certainly end it.
