snapman.sys causing occasional BSOD in Win 7 SP1 x64

Thread needs solution

I'm getting occasional BSOD's using TI 2017 build 8058 on Windows 7 SP1 x64 all up to date.  They occur when the system has been idle (but not sleeping or otherwise in standby) for a while, which I find strange.

My external drive is eSata SATA ll La Cie d2 Quadra V3C

I saw earlier threads on the subject but couldn't find the Registry entries mentioned, although the thread was probably too old.

Any ideas for a quick fix?

Peter, welcome to these User Forums.

I have not seen any recent reports of any snapman.sys BSOD's with ATI 2017 on Windows 7 so can only recommend opening a Support Case directly with Acronis for this issue and let them investigate this with you.

OK, thank you.
