[SOLVED] Some Acronis True Image computers may not be updated in the dashboard

ATIH 2017 NG b6116

The backup status of an upgraded computers from ATIH 2017 to 2017 NG may not be updated anymore in the dashboard.
Deletion of the computer in the dashboard and running another scheduled backup will not cause to update the status either.

Some of my computers are missing in the dashboard.

This problem does not occour on all machines (2 of 3 machines I have upgraded from 2017 to 2017 NG are missing or not updating)
I will double check this for other customer accounts that I have access to where I have upgraded from 2016 to 2017 NG.
 

I had a similar issue in the past but this got fixed by the web team or it got fixed over time itself.

Hello Karl, submitting a ticket is a good idea here since we would need some details: what computers exactly are affected, perhaps run some tests when they are turned on and connected to the Internet.

Thanks Slava I will do that.

I have provided the logs for the attached support case 02940417.

 

The root of the problem was that all affected machines were still registered and logged into the wrong account (my ATIH beta account) but never gave any message that the version or key has expired. In consequence the computers did no show up in the expected dashboard.
