Sync Two Folders on my Windows 10 Computer Two Different Drives
I want to do a simple sync of two folders on two different drives as a backup, I did this constantly with older products of True Image, I need to do this for 2017. I am not interested in purchasing cloud backup. Windows 10 computer. I keep getting this error. I hope you are not going to tell me this feature has been removed? I have 5 licenses.

Why the error for the server at Acronis, this is happening constantly yesterday and now today, why is this necessary to do a sync of two folders on the same computer, both drives are NTFS file systems, there shouldn't be a problem, I need the error diagnosed and why we need the server input on my data and sync.

Jeff, you stated in your initial post: "I am not interested in purchasing cloud backup." so any attempt to establish a Sync with the Acronis Cloud will result in an error because you do not have a subscription to enable you to use that feature of the service.
This is just a user forum with no access to the error codes that Acronis development may have documentation to describe, so if you want a definitive answer, you will need to open a Support Case directly with Acronis Support. As a ATIH 2017 user you have up to 2 years of free support via either Live Chat or Email for your software.
