Terrible customer support - need phone number
I have spent 1/2 hour on the web site trying to find a way to contact support.
Bought True Image 2017 for 3 devices.
Installed it on just one PC and ran it once. Then few days later installed a new SSD with a clean win 10 install.
Try to reinstall Acronis and it tells me it is registered to someone else. Still have my receipt from last week but threw away the original box so cannot return.
What a worthless company, I guess they get so many complaints that is why you cant contact customer suppport over the web or find a phone number.
Any suggestions?

That is my problem. I agree it does say you can chat or email but will not allow it.
If I try it ask me to sign in. Then brings up my account from a old product that is no longer supported. So then will not allow me to proceed.
Tried a number of different way and no way to delete my old account. Already invested so my time just trying to contact these idiots. They want to make sure they are paid and will not allow contact for a new product if you have an old one also.

Ray, take the email / chat option for PreSales/Licensing issues which shouldn't need you to sign in and Acronis can then work with you to resolve the serial issue and ensure that it is connected to the correct account.

Seems my problem was even when I signed out it still had me signed in. And if ever you had an older version like 2010 it will not even let you get to chat for prepurchase info for a newer version.
Few emails to newegg were I bought acronis 2017 a week ago and they finally came up with a phone number that I could call without paying for tech support. So well over an hour trying to just contact someone.
But once I did they were great. Very helpful. Took remote control of my PC and reinstalled and even upgraded me to the 2018 version.
Not as easy to use menu as Paragon but that had a few bugs. So giving Acronis another try from my old 2010 version.
