True Image 2017 NAS detection disturbes my TV devices
Hello,
Since upgrading to Acronis 2017 I have the problem that my TV screen goes black every 45 seconds if the Acronis application is running on my PC. I have two Philips TV devices in my home network and both devices are showing the same behavior. The problem disappears if I close Acronis 2017.
It seems that the new NAS detection feature does something on the network which caused my TV to activate Miracast or something else every 45 seconds.
Is there any way to disable NAS detection in Acronis 2017??
BR
Peter

Peter, please see my new post: 126371: [Error] KB 58630 cable modem / internet lost where I have reported an error in the KB document I referred you to.
If you use the KB batch files for Windows Firewall, all if fine and this stops the problem, but if you follow the manual configuration rules for a different firewall product, then one of the ports given in the KB document is incorrect and should be shown as 5353 not 5553.
I found this after my laptop was updated to the Windows 10 Anniversary Update today and my cable modem went back to rebooting itself when I launched ATIH 2017. I had configured my Comodo Firewall with ports 5553 & 1900 and it didn't stop the problem but starting Windows Firewall did work but was using 5353 & 1900 instead!

Hello Steve,
I am using WIndows 10 with G-DATA Interner Security Software. I configured the G-Data Firewall manually with port 5353 and 1900 as you sugggested it and the problem is solved. I have also a cable modem from an Austrian provider but I had not the rebooting problem or at least I did not notice it. However, Many thanks you for your quick response and professional help!!
best regards,
Peter
