Trying To Access Cloud PC Backups of personal data on an Android device

Thread needs solution

I just upgraded to a yearly purchase for Acronis True Image 2017 with 50 G of Cloud Storage.  I am trying to access that data on my Android Tablet and SmartPhone, but cannot figure out how to do it.  Several years ago I did this with no problems.  I have uploaded approximately 30 G of user data and now trying to access it via my Android Tablet.  Have downloaded Acronis True Image and Acronis Access apps from the PlayStore but cannot figure out how to access my data.  I wanted the Cloud solely for accessing my data on Android / Apple Tablets and Smart phones, not for the backup.

Any help would be greatly appreciated it.

I assume that you found nothing in the user manual to help with this issue. I am not sure that it is possible to do this with ATI 2017; the mobile Apps were completely redesigned and work differently. The best thing to do would be to go to the Acronis www site and log into your account, then click on the help icon (?) - this will tkae you to the customer support page. The click on "contact support" on the right hand side, near the bottom of the page. The do a live chat session. (You will need to fill in some details as it is 'greyed out'.)
