Unable to login to online dashboard

Thread needs solution

Hi 

this happens frome time to time. from ati2017 program there are spinning circles on my online backups and trying acces them from online dashboard the login page just sais "loading". what is the problem really ? after a while I get The server is not available at the moment. Please try again later.

The only thing I can think of to check is what server your backup was set to use by default.  Not a log of options, but may not pick the closest country by default.  Others have reported they can't connect at times either.  Sometimes it's local IPS issues (really slow upload/download), other times, it's been on the Acronis side.

I would open a technical support case with Acronis and check with them to see if there are issues on the Cloud side or a problem with the Dashboard itself.

Hi 

well it is working now after a restart of ati and some surfing on other sites... I got 200/200 fiber connection and it is the login to any of the servers i tried that fails. my default is eu2 (germany, closest to sweden) and i tried eu1 and us1 too.

I think others have reported issues with some of the European connections in the past too.  If it keeps doing this, definitely open a ticket with Acronis. 

I have been having issues with lost connections with the A1 (?) sever, which is located in Australia - there is only one to chose from here. I have only had it happen in the last 4 weeks. I have opened a support ticket on the issue.

To me it suggests a sever configuration issue, although it is possible that there could be other explanations. It seems strange to me that when you download files via the backup module of the Online Dashboard it has touble getting beyond a download speed of 2Mbps (even on my connection where testing regularly shows download speeds of over 110Mbps). I get higher upload speeds when backing up to the cloud.
