Using Acronis Universal Restore

I recently had to replace the motherboard in my computer. I replaced it with the same model to avoid having to reinstall everything.

That part of worked okay. However when I tried to restore from a backup I was unable to do it with Acronis True Image 2017.

So I got the Acronis Universal Restore. But I've been able to use it successfully.

I get to the page where you select the operating system, where to look for drivers. I have copied the original installation CD for the motherboard on on the drives in the computer so all of the drivers are there. But part way through the loading process it stops and says it can't find

PVI\VEN_1b73&DEV_1100&SUBSYS_11001B73&REV_10.

I have no idea what driver it's looking for based on that information, but in any case it should be on the motherboard CD.

So what can I do to get the thing to work?

And does anyone know to which driver the above is looking for?

Jim, the missing driver would look to be for a USB 3.0 PCI Express card, so if you can identify and possibly remove this temporarily while you complete the restore and AUR preparation, then you should be able to add it back in later and see if Windows will find the right device drivers for it via Windows Update, or whether you will need to find the manufacturers support site and download them from there.
