WinPE bootable media created by ATI 2017 doesn't show mouse pointer.
I installed ATI 2017 on LG Gram 17 with Windows 11 and created back-up images. I could also create WinPE-based bootable media using Windows 10 ADK and Windows PE add-on for the ADK.
When I tested the bootable media for the LG Gram, I don't see a mouse pointer and the resolution looks low (See the attached picture). I cannot see all the letters on the menu but cannot make the window bigger as I don't see a mouse pointer. How can I fix this issue? If there's a step-by-step procedure to check and solve this issue, that'd be great. Thank you.

Thank you for the suggestion. Acronis started a subscription model...
When I tried the MVP PEMedia builder v18.6, it didn't allow me to install different screen resolution options, unlike the Youtube video. I can see a mouse pointer now but the screen resolution is not high enough. If there's any other suggestion to add the screen resolution option, please let me know. Thanks for your help.

You do not need to have a current subscription to use the Custom ATI WinPE builder. A perpetual license for ATI (2015 or later) is all you need - it needs to be installed on the PC used to create the recovery media.
