Acronis 2018 Clone

Thread needs solution

I run W10 Pro. and recently tried to do a clone backup before upgrading my PC.  All 4 partitions showed showed as normal on both source and slave drive indicators, but the resulting clone did not contain partitions other than 'C'.

I've only ever used the Clone function for backups from within Acronis Home 2018, and the first time worked fine, but this is only the second time I have tried to use it from within 2018 and it has failed.

I'm hoping someone on this forum may know the answer to the problem as Acronis want me to pay for a new version before I get any assistance from them.

David, sorry but too little information to understand this issue based on your description above.

If you are doing a clone from the Windows ATI 2018 application GUI, then this will create a log file with details of the steps being performed and any issues encountered.

Please download the MVP Log Viewer tool (link below) and use this to check for the log - you are welcome to either post a zipped copy of the log file (using the File > Upload option below), or else to copy / paste the log text to a forum post, if you would like us to review it with you.
