Acronis True Image Mobile stuck during backup

Thread needs solution

Consistently unable to complete a Mobile backup on iOS, it appears to get stuck on item and does not proceed.

 

Any assistance in determining what item may be causing the issue, as the app doesn't provide any way to skip or identify the item.

I've submitted feedback via the Windows app.

I've already re-install several times.

You may wish to check the dedicated Acronis True Image for mobile devices Forum in case other users have asked the same questions?

Also, I would recommend opening a Support Case direct with Acronis if you are using ATI 2018 as this is core functionality of being able to backup a mobile device.
