Activation Issues After New Build

Thread needs solution

After a major update to my system (basically 90% new), starting Acronis required proving my account with my login (which I did).

Now: I have the following warning appearing after program start-up:
You've exceeded the maximum number of activations for this serial number.
Activation required! Days remaining: 27

After looking at similar posts for help on this subject, I followed the instructions for "resolving" the issue - they did not work!

I now have the following warning:
That’s a 500 error

Ooops!

Now what?
