ATI 2018, cloud backup problem (check your Internet connection / write error) RESOLVED
My Internet connection is fine. No any problem. But Acronis Cloud backup failed. The error message is "check your Internet connection". Final error message is "The last backup failed. Write error".
No problem with "Acronis Cloud Connection Verification Tool"
I disabled temporary the Norton Security software, but the problem persist.
I used "send feedback" option but no answers.

Hasan, you need to open a Support Case direct with Acronis for this Cloud backup issue and share the screen shots with them. We have no access to the Acronis Cloud servers to see if they are reporting any issues on their side of the connection.
The other advice here would be to download / use the MVP Log Viewer tool (get it from the Community Tools link in my signature) and check if there are any other messages in the backup ti_demon log that may show more details of what is happening here?

Thank you Steve
I opened a support case.
I also tried backup using web interface. The error messages are:

Hasan, thanks for the update. I have not seen the error message: "Picked a gw server that has fewer capabilities than a previously selected one; refusing the connection" reported in these forums previously, and it seems a strange one! This looks to be a server side issue rather than anything coming from your computer side.
Please let us know how you get on with the Support Case.

With the latest software update (Build 10640), it seems the problem is resolved.
