Backup failed
My attempts to backup my main SSD drive over the past month have failed repeatedly with the following message:

How can I fix this?

Hi, I just purchased Acronis True Image 2020 for my Microsoft 10 pro version and all attempts to restore from a back up have failed. I have attached a copy of the report file to this email. Can you please help? Not sure if I'm doing something wrong.

Robert, welcome to these public User Forums.
This issue should really have been brought to the ATI 2020 forum as a new topic rather than adding to this old topic from the ATI 2018 forum.
I would recommend clicking on Create New Topic and copying your post above, including the Acronis System Report zip file in a new 2020 forum topic.
In addition, please tell us how you are attempting to do this backup restore operation?
From a brief look at the file data, you look to be starting a restore / recovery from within Windows and this is resulting in the backup location being not found for H:\DESKTOP-JMBCLNL.tibx
Any recovery of the Windows OS drive / partition should be performed when booted from the Acronis Rescue Media, not started from within Windows.
