The backup location was not found

I used option “add existing backups” and it go to list. But when I run any backup, a error message shows:
“The last backup has been stopped. It will be restarted at X:XX AM. The backup location was not found on the destination drive. Make sure the correct storage device is connected to the computer.”
But my device is connected and all files are in the same directory! I really do not know what to do, almost giving up. Acronis could make a better file management to show what is wrong.
Thank you for any help!

Dear Steve Smith,
Thank you for your replay. I have been using Acronis since 2014 (first license) and never get this kind of error. Yes, it is the same computer.
I upload a video to show whats going on: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tMXbbwFBlMA&feature=youtu.be
Thanks for you help!

Lourenco, thank you for the video information - after adding the existing backup to your list of tasks in the ATIH 2018 GUI, you should also reselect the Source data as well as confirming the Destination for the backup.

Dear Steve Smith,
When I click on "Entire PC" icon, no action happen, no window, panel or option opens. How can I confirme the source?

Lourenco, clicking on Entire PC should reveal further options for the Source selection - just hovering your mouse over the panel should cause it to change to as shown below:
If this is not happening for you, then test it for if you try to add a new backup task?

Yes, if I add an new backup, the source icon works and show new window to select the source. Hovering mouse over works too.
But for the "Entire PC (LOURENCOPERLIN)" it dont work. Hovering mouse over it not change anything too.

When you first use 'Add existing backup' and select your backup file to add, do you see the Reconfigure button as shown in my screen shot below?

Yes, I see it. The source botton do not work before or after i click in Reconfigure.

When I do the same steps on my computer, i.e. add an existing backup, then click on Reconfigure, the next panel that I see is for the Backup source where I need to select what drive / partitions to include in the backup task.

In the video show thats happen here:

Lourenco, immediately that I click on Reconfigure I am taken to the Backup source panel that I posted in my last screen shot, so something is not working correctly here if you stay on the first panel but then lose the Reconfigure button.
I would recommend trying to do a Repair install first to see if that will cure this issue - download the latest ATIH 2018 installer program from your Acronis account and install as Administrator over the top of what you already have.
If you are still seeing the same problem, then please open a Support Case direct with Acronis and let them investigate this further with you.

Cool beans - FYI, 2014 backups are really only supported for recovery. I typically use offline recovery media for these tasks, but if it's working in 2018 - good deal.
https://kb.acronis.com/tib#Asterisk
* Backups can only be restored. Other operations can be limited. It is necessary to create a new backup plan / archive.
