Cannot reassign license to a new computer

See KB 59878: Acronis True Image 2018: "You've exceeded the maximum number of activations for this serial number" which explains the process for this question.

The real issue here looks to be that the Acronis activation servers do not know the correct names for your other computers where you installed the software and activated it.

Your choice here is going to be to try to pick one of the 5 computers from the list and check to make sure the other computers are still activated, or else open a support case direct with Acronis who should still help you with Activation issues regardless of the support status of your software.

Thank you for trying to help me sort out thru this.

I tried selecting one of the "null" computers and clicked the "Move license button".  It looks like the button greys out after I click it, but then nothing happens.

I also checked out the tech support site but it looks like True Image 2018 is not listed as a product I can open a ticket for.

George, on the Acronis Support site, don't select this as a Technical Issue, but instead choose it as a PreSales issue!

I opened a ticket for True Image 2019 yesterday.  I haven't gotten and an answer yet, but this morning I thought I'd give it another try and it worked.
