Cannot Relocate .tib File
I back up my laptop to a USB SSD drive, then copy that .tib to one of my DROBO units attached to my workstation. At least, I had done that until TI2018.
Now when I try to move the file in Windows Explorer back onto my laptop SSD (I have an OS and a DATA SSD on the laptop) or my workstation (by attaching the USB SSD containing the .tib to my workstation), I get an "unexpected error" (0x80070057: The parameter is incorrect).
I have backed up a couple of times and tried again to move or copy the .tib, and always get this message.
There is no "backup protection" or "error handling" specified in my TI2018 Advanced tab options.
Incidentally, if I do try to move the file a 0 Byte file with the name of the original .tib is created, and it cannot be deleted (without FileAssassin, anyway).
Is this a new feature for TI2018, and if so...can I work around it somehow?

Thank you so much, Enchantech! I have disabled Active Protection on both of my computers as I already have Norton Security Premium on all of my machines and don't know that the redundancy would be helpful...plus, I really can use a seamless transfer of my .tib files to my storage RAID.
Appreciate your gracious help!

Your welcome. I have found that Active Protection works well with my machine setups including along with my other security software. Because Active Protection along with True Image can halt a ransomware attack and then recover affected files if any exist, is a real plus so I choose to leave mine enabled. Disabling the feature temporarily when needed is a minor inconvenience for me.

I agree that temporary deactivation is the best way to proceed.
