Can't select destination to create new backup

Thread needs solution

I've got a problem with the latest build of TrueImage 2018. It won't let me create a new backup because I can't select a destination. You can click the Destination button but nothing happens. Existing backups are working just fine.

Here's what I found in the log file (ti_console.0.log)…
12/5/2017 2:19:29 PM: Application started.
12/5/2017 2:19:30 PM: GetDisplayInfo succeeded: DPI: 96, scaling: 100%. Monitors: Resolution: 2560x1440, work area: 2560x1400, physical DPI: 101.

12/5/2017 2:33:36 PM: Error 0x192000d: Callback is not registered.

I've clearly got an Internet connection and the serial number is registered. Both have been confirmed.

Any suggestions…?

This is a known issue, Ekaterina has posted about it elsewhere on the forum (see extract below).

"Hello Everyone,

we've published an article Acronis True Image 2018 build 10410: nothing happens when clicking "Select destination" where you can find the workaround while the development team is working on the fix."
