khaled,
TI 2018 can convert tib file to the VHD format. Not sure if a 2012 backup tib will convert properly but you can try it. From there you can use VMWare Convertor Standalone to convert the VHD to VDMK.
You will need to Add existing backup to TI 2018 then once added convert it VHD then VDMK.

The missing driver identified by the information shown in your screen image is for an Intel(R) ICH9M-E/M SATA AHCI Controller, so you would need to try going to the Intel support site or use a service like DriverGuide where I found this information with a Google search for PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2929&SUBSYS_02101025
This is unlikely to the the last missing driver issue you may encounter!

Thank you my friends,
I checked in intel community forum, they told me , this driver, supplied by Microsoft, will always be installed. Also why during the conversion is looking for this driver?.

Khaled, sorry but I do not know how to advise you further on this subject as you are doing something that I have never tried to do myself and do not have the option of trying to do.

Khaled,
You can extract the drivers you need and put them on a flash drive so that when you get that prompt during the conversion you can add the drivers from the flash media.
First, open Device Manager and make certain that the driver being asked for is in fact a storage controller driver. To do this expand the Storage Controller entry in Device Manager, right click on the Intel Storage Controller entry and select Properties from the menu.
Now select Details, now in the Property box that displays Device description, click on the v character to the right side of the box and from the drop down list click on Hardware Ids. The first line here should match what is shown in your screenshot.
Once you have confirmed that these match follow the instructions found in the link below to extract the needed driver files from your computer, then copy them to a flash drive.
