Creating a bootable Acronis Disk with a .tib image included on the same disk

Thread needs solution

Currently we have to send out two discs for an image.  One with the bootable media, and one with the .tib image.  We have enough room on our DVDs to include both, but I cannot find the proper way to do this.

I've tried extracting the .iso output, adding the .tib file, and then packaging it all up again, but the disc does not boot.

Offline imaging with just one disc is what we really need - is there any way to achieve this?  Looking for any advice or comments.

Cannot think of a way to do this with a DVD.  You could use a USB thumb drive of sufficient capacity however.  You would need to create a boot disk first which you already have obviously.  Use True Image to create a backup of that disk. Attach a USB thumb drive of sufficient size to your computer and use Disk Management to create a small FAT32 partition on the drive.  This partition cannot exceed 32GB in size, 4GB should be more than enough space.  Once you have that created use True Image to restore the backup of the boot disk to that partition.  Now make sure that the USB thumb drive boots.

Once you know you can boot the thumb drive use Disk Management to create a second partition which can be NTFS if you desire to copy the tib file to.  Now you can boot the flash drive and have access to both partitions enabling you to restore the tib image on the second partition.
