Hi everyone,

attached you will see the problem I face which is after booting USD Acronis Image 2018.

I changed UEFI to disabled mode but it didn't work.

My laptop is; Acer V3-571G
Board: VA50_HC_HR
CPU: i7-3630QM
Nvidia Geforce GT-730M

Welcome to these public User Forums.

Does your Acer laptop have dual graphics in the BIOS - if so, there are known issues with booting into the Acronis rescue media unless the second graphics adapter is disabled.

See forum topic: Video mode setup error: Error 0x1480006 - HP ProBook 450 G4

The type of rescue media can be an issue here too.  Acronis uses up to 3 different types of media, the oldest uses a Linux kernel OS, then there are also 2 types of Windows PE media (one created from the Windows Recovery Environment, one from the Windows ADK).

I would recommend creating the 'Simple' Windows PE version of the Acronis Rescue Media as described in the KB documents below.  I would expect this to be more reliable.
