Email notifications, from Acronis Data Cloud - not working

Hi there,

I'm running Acronis True Image 2018 on several clients.

From True Image, there is a link to open the Online Dashboard, which takes me to the Acronis Data Cloud.

In the top right hand corner under user, there is a setting for Email Notifications. I'm not getting any notifications, is there any reason this would not work? (email address deleted for screen capture only)

Sorry but this is a known issue that we are waiting on Acronis to resolve, please open a Support Case with Acronis to add you name to the list of people frustrated by this issue!

In the interim, you can still use the Notifications feature for your backup tasks to send out the same email notifications for your backup task activity.
